A marvel spanning 12,000 sq. ft. in the heart of New Delhi, the Dhampur Groupe office strike by it's minimalistic yet luxurious design infused by the industrial history of the brand.
Dhampur Sugar Mills Group is a leading, integrated sugarcane processing company in India. They manufacture refined and raw sugar, bio-fuels, biomass based renewable power and other related products. After more than 20 years the group has decided to move its headquarter to a new location at the heart of New Delhi. Featuring a clean floor plate, ample natural day light, a large terrace and a unique view of the Lotus Temple nearby, this new building - Gold LEED certified - had everything needed to design a great office.
Designed to encourage employee-customer relationships, the layout, thoughtfully divided into three rows, strategically places Directors' and Managers' cabins, creates an open workspace, and features a dynamic lower tier with reception, meeting space, and a bustling cafeteria.
Drawing inspiration from the luxury hospitality industry, the design incorporates high-end furniture, custom wood elements, parquet flooring, and bespoke brass lights. The resulting visual contrast against the grey concrete shades delivers an engaging, warm, and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere for Dhampur's workforce.
The lighting scheme, filtering through a black mesh grid, adds an unconventional touch, casting fascinating patterns across the space. With this innovative design, the team has seamlessly blended Dhampur's industrial culture with refined details, creating a workplace that is both bold and comfortable, inspiring respect and legacy.
